About

No life can be reduced to a fistful of words, nevertheless, for those willing to know a bit more, here are some elements about the person behind the function.

After thoroughly studying European and French laws during a dual degree in Paris, I was deeply interested by the academic and economic appeal of Contract Law. The place of one’s will in contracts by, and for the Internet, a point studied at the dawn of the development of current information technologies, was already an interesting topic in my research. This was followed by a unanimously commended thesis in Contract Law, chaired by the famous Law Professor François Terré.

Practicing Law in different countries, and in several languages, remains an inexhaustible source of intellectual challenges, bringing satisfaction by meeting as well as by winning those challenges. My activity, as an international business lawyer is, of course, nourished by continual theoretical research, and by teaching Law, both in French, and in English, at prestigious institutions such as ESSEC Business School, and the Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. I also try to quench my thirst of knowledge by further studies, and accreditations, as I did by being certified by the Universität des Saarlandes in German Contract Law, or by the Université de Lausanne in International Business Disputes.

Any subject is interesting, any activity rewarding. There are thousands of reasons to discover and master new things, both professionally and personally. Law and life offer rich and exciting experiences, both human, and intellectual. Discoveries, whatever they may be, and learning new skills allow anyone to grow anytime. So, let us seek them, provoke them, by shaking up our intellect. When faced with infinite Knowledge, the thirst to learn, and to discover should be infinite too.
